Sia seeks a Senior Project Manager for Healthcare and Life Sciences within its Life Science and Healthcare Business Unit, Sia/LBG. The role is full-time and focuses on strategic oversight, cross-functional team leadership, and delivering projects on schedule and budget.

You will collaborate with CMC, Medical Affairs/Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and Legal teams to drive program activities, manage budgets, risks, and communications with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality client

Qualificações

• 10+ years of life sciences product development experience across nonclinical, analytical, clinical, and regulatory areas
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience with US Government contracted programs
• Experience with project financial management including budget, actuals, forecasting, and reporting
• Proven track record delivering projects on schedule and within budget
• Fluency in MS Project (or scheduling tools) and strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently or in teams; adaptable to ambiguity

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic oversight to align project milestones with day-to-day activities
• Lead development of project management deliverables (reports, dashboards) and manage schedule, budget, and risk
• Foster strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Serve as project spokesperson and manage communications with stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-functional functions (CMC, Regulatory, QA, Finance, Legal, Contracts) to drive activities within scope and budget
• Manage project financials including vendor invoices, forecasts, and financial reports
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead project meetings and ensure leaders have information and support to execute
• Balance budget, quality, timeline, and scope; ensure client expectations are met
• Support strategy and disciplined execution in line with Sia/LBG standards
