Job summary

IPS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide leadership on complex life sciences projects from our Blue Bell, PA office. You will drive scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships while guiding engineering functions and resource loading.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in project management, PMP preferred, and 5+ years in Pharmaceutical/GMP environments. Strong budgeting, planning, and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in Project Management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or planning.
• Minimum of 5 years of Pharmaceutical/GMP project experience.
• Skilled with IT tools for planning and scheduling; understands Earned Value.

Responsibilities

• Lead on assigned projects to achieve scope, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Coordinate client interaction between project team and client.
• Develop budgets and prepare monthly financial/schedule reports.
• Manage sub-consultants and mentor team members.
• Identify risks and mitigate with project executives.
