Job summary

IPS - Integrated Project Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex pharma/GMP projects from our Blue Bell, PA office. You will oversee scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality while coordinating design budgets and client interactions.

The role requires managing sub-consultants, mentoring team members, and traveling to client sites as needed. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project management, a PMP background is preferred, and a bachelor's degree in engineering,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in Project Management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or planning.
• A minimum of 5 years of Pharmaceutical/GMP project experience.
• Skilled in the use of IT tools, including spreadsheets, word processing, planning, and scheduling software.
• Understanding of Earned Value and other project control methods.

Responsibilities

• Holds primary responsibility for scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives on assigned projects.
• Attends pre-bid meetings with clients and prepares proposals with department heads and key individuals.
• Independently develops Design budgets.
• Manages client interaction and promotes positive relationships.
• Identifies risks and coordinates with leadership to mitigate them.
• Leads project teams to a successful conclusion.
• Coordinates with discipline leads on scope, complexity, and scheduling requirements.
• Develops and maintains meeting minutes and action items for each project.
• Prepares internal and client monthly financial/schedule reports.
• Manages all sub-consultants on the project.
• Aids in developing innovative methods for improving project management processes.
• Provides mentorship within the PM group and design disciplines.
