We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to support project managers, help with scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives, and grow through hands-on experience on projects under $5MM, with travel 5-20% and a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project support roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of project management principles including scheduling and controls.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in achieving scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Assist in planning and execution of project tasks, including schedule coordination.
• Prepare project documentation and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with discipline leads and sub-consultants for deliverables.
• Contribute to risk identification and budget tracking.
