Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably within an architecture or engineering design firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary design projects, coordinating architectural and engineering teams through all phases of design delivery.
• Develop and manage project work plans, schedules, and budgets to support high-quality, on-time, and on-budget design execution.
• Serve as the primary client contact during the design phase, fostering trusted relationships and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and changes; proactively identify and address scope, schedule, or budget impacts.
• Ensure adherence to CRB’s design standards, quality procedures, and project controls.
• Support project staffing needs in coordination with discipline leaders.
• Track and report project performance metrics, including financials, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to business development efforts by supporting client relationships and identifying opportunities for follow-on work
