Job summary

CRB in Missouri is seeking a Project Manager to lead consulting, design or construction management services on complex, large-scale projects. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure successful delivery while upholding CRB's standards for technical excellence.

A Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management and at least seven years of PM experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent (required).
Minimum of seven years of successful Project Management experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Team-oriented and able to lead and manage large teams including subcontractors.
Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager.
Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution and delivery in design and construction.
Minimum 8 hours of leadership/supervisory training annually.

Responsibilities

Direct the direction and performance of consulting, design or construction management services for assigned project(s) of greater scope, valuation and complexity with larger teams.
Client relationship management, including creating a positive experience that will lead to future work.
