Qualifications

• Strong relationships with subcontractors and clients, with North Carolina market familiarity.
• Proficient in project software packages to manage schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to develop and manage schedules ensuring on-time delivery.
• Oversee budgets and financial outcomes, driving profitability.
• Procure subcontracts, manage vendors, and coordinate with architects/engineers.
• Coordinate permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements with stakeholders.
• Provide regular status reports to Senior Management on progress and risks.
• Ensure code compliant constructible designs meeting client needs and contracts.
