Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in project management and delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of application development, production support, and testing projects.
• Lead project planning, estimation, scheduling, resource management, risk mitigation and change management.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and support proposal activities.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor performance, provide status reporting, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, billing, and BE.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary delivery contact.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members and support performance management.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes and quality standards.
