National Life Insurance Company Limited seeks an experienced Project Manager to orchestrate end-to-end delivery across teams, ensuring work aligns to outcomes and flows efficiently.

This role requires 5+ years in Life and Annuity, with onsite 4 days per week (Mon-Thu core). You will enable clarity, coordination and progress toward business value while working across agile, hybrid and predictive approaches.

Competenze

• 5-9 years of experience managing cross-functional projects end-to-end
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within the Life and Annuity industry
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment
• Strong capability in dependency management, sequencing, and flow optimization
• Demonstrated experience facilitating decisions and managing tradeoffs
• Experience operating across Agile, hybrid, and predictive delivery approaches
• Ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders
• Strong communication skills translating complex topics into actionable insights
• PMP or equivalent experience preferred; evidence of delivering measurable outcomes required
