Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager for industrial, residential, and commercial sectors in the Greater St. Louis area (IL side). The role focuses on smaller projects under $500k, offering autonomy to manage projects from inception to completion.

Qualified candidates have at least 5 years in PM within construction, a relevant degree, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in construction.
• Experience in residential, commercial and industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from cradle to grave on smaller projects under $500k.
• Autonomously manage client relations, schedules, budgets and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and construction documents; ensure quality and safety.
