Job summary

Choate Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large, highly complex projects and multiple concurrent teams. You will drive planning, scheduling, cost control, and quality oversight while mentoring PMs and field leaders to achieve exceptional client outcomes.

You will foster trusted client relationships, manage risk and contracts, and ensure safe, profitable project execution, positioning Choate for repeat and new opportunities through strong partnerships.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years in construction industry
• Minimum 10 years as Project Manager on increasing scope projects
• Experience delivering large, complex projects
• Strong leadership and people development能力
• Excellent communication with clients and designers

Responsibilities

• Build and lead project teams to deliver on time, on budget, and safely
• Represent Choate in client meetings and industry engagements
• Develop and manage project plans, scopes, and change control
• Oversee contracts, risk, and cost controls across projects
• Mentor Project Managers and Superintendents for performance and growth
