Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Burlington, WI construction team. This on-site, permanent role offers oversight of high-value projects from tender to substantial completion, with a competitive salary between $120,000 and $160,000 per year.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of construction PM experience, proven leadership, and deep knowledge of methods, contracts, and industry best practices. Procore and MS Project proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience with senior leadership
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-million dollar projects
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and industry practices
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-value projects from tender through substantial completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and change orders across concurrent projects
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Chair site meetings and ensure reporting accuracy
• Champion safety culture and regulatory compliance
• Primary client liaison with proactive communication
• Identify and resolve project risks with strategic problem-solving
