• Oversee design development, planning and statutory approvals.
• Monitor costs, risks, quality and progress; ensure safe delivery.
• Prepare reports and recommendations; lead project meetings.
• Manage contracts and variations; provide proactive advice to senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and resolve complex issues.
