Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction project management experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing large, complex commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or advanced technology projects.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule.
• Direct project teams and field staff, aligning with project execution plans and organizational standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, designers, and trade partners to promote collaboration and resolve challenges proactively.
• Review and approve major project decisions, including budgets, contracts, and schedule adjustments, in coordination with executives and senior leadership.
• Lead project risk management and mitigation planning to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Mentor and develop team members by providing coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities.
