Timberline Construction Corporation (TCC) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate a wide variety of construction projects. Oversees scheduling and budgeting to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Must understand contracts, plans, and specifications; knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Decisive and work well under pressure, particularly when faced with delays.
• Coordinate several major activities at once while analyzing and resolving problems and reading drawings.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must establish good working relationships with clients, managers, designers, superintendents and crews.
• May travel extensively when sites are far or multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to define project deliverables, cost estimates, and major milestones.
• Develop and maintain the relationship between TCC and client.
• Create project schedules identifying workflow, timeframes and milestones; manage budgets.
• Oversee preconstruction requirements and buyout processes as required.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and change orders to support project schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure safety program compliance.
• Approve invoices and track payments with timely client follow-up.
• Lead and develop project personnel through training and discipline.
