Timberline Construction Corporation is seeking a Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. The role focuses on schedule coordination, safety, and coordination with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet scope, cost, and schedule targets while occupied spaces are managed with minimal disruption.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial construction management experience, strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction management experience.
• Must understand plans and specifications and be knowledgeable about construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects, manage resources and build teams.

Responsibilities

• Have weekly schedule coordination meetings with subcontractor foremen to outline requirements of work completion and other issues; distribute three-week look ahead schedules and communicate schedule requirements.
• Implement, monitor and drive the project schedule; promptly notify management of schedule and performance issues.
• Provide daily job reporting including manpower counts, weather, activities performed, and material deliveries.
• Manage the Company Safety program and provide safety and accident reporting as required.
• Ensure total subcontractor compliance with jobsite safety requirements; maintain a clean jobsite and address repeat offenders.
