Job summary

Timberline Construction Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate a variety of construction projects. You will oversee scheduling and the construction process to ensure on-time, in-budget delivery and client satisfaction, reporting to senior management.

The role requires 5–10+ years in construction project management, strong communication, and OSHA 30 certification, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Understand contracts, plans and specs; knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Decisive and able to work under pressure.
• Coordinate multiple activities while reading engineering, architectural drawings.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Willingness to travel and be on-call.
• 5–10+ years construction PM experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to define project deliverables, cost estimates and milestones.
• Develop the relationship between Timberline Construction and client.
• Ensure contract specifications are clear and complete for all parties.
