Momentum is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a part-time, contracted role in the U.S. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale, complex projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Responsibilities include planning, resourcing, risk management, and mentoring junior staff.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 5+ years in agency project management is desired. Office-based role with three in-office days per week.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within an agency setting
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat Professional and the components of project scheduling and PM workflow web-based tools
• Ability to provide focused interdepartmental leadership and have a strong understanding of managing production-related projects (print, digital, broadcast)
• Mentoring direct-reports and leading teams with professionalism

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the successful execution of large-scale, complex projects, leading interdisciplinary teams toward completion
• Author and manage detailed project plans with internal kickoff meetings and resource allocations
• Understand resource needs across projects and the impact on the resourcing landscape
• Outline resource allocation changes to accommodate client needs and maximize department function
• Track costs, time reporting, and project projections with attention to variances
• Inspire and mentor junior team members and uphold Momentum’s core values
