Job summary

Momentum Worldwide is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large-scale, multi-faceted projects and campaigns. You will ensure on-time delivery, stay within budget, and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams across production, strategy, and creative groups.

You’ll develop detailed project plans, manage resources, track costs, and mentor junior PMs, while upholding Momentum’s values and commitment to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Acrobat Professional and PM workflow tools.
• Ability to provide interdepartmental leadership and manage production-related projects (print, digital, broadcast).
• Experience mentoring direct-reports.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large-scale, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Create and manage detailed project plans and kickoff meetings.
• Understand resource needs and manage allocations across multiple projects.
• Outline resource allocation changes to accommodate client needs and flex staffing.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and compliant with agency processes.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold Momentum’s values.
