Edison Foard, a Charlotte-based commercial general contractor, is seeking a full-time Project Manager with supervisory experience to oversee complex projects and maintain strong client relationships. You will manage 2-4 projects annually with values ranging from $15M to $40M+ and coordinate project teams including clients, architects, superintendents, and subcontractors.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent certification, and 10+

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or applicable certification.
• 10+ years commercial general construction experience preferred.
• Ground-up experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $15M–$40M+ annually.
• Manage project financials, budgets and profitability while delivering quality.
• Lead the project team – client, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, vendors.
• Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs, financial reporting and document control.
