Job summary

Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp. in Coppell, TX is seeking an Associate Project Manager to independently manage low-to-moderate complexity commercialization and launch projects from initiation through execution.

You will drive timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-spec launches while meeting PAD, OTIF, and RTFT objectives. Collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, R&I, and Sales is essential as you lead

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
2–5 years in project management or related roles.
Experience with cross-functional launches and commercialization.

Responsibilities

Own low-to-moderate complexity project timelines and milestones.
Lead cross-functional project meetings and track action items.
Coordinate commercialization activities from development to launch.
Drive launch readiness, RFT and OTIF metrics.
Identify risks, escalate issues, and drive mitigation plans.
