Responsibilities include managing project financials, scheduling, safety, client relationships, and profitability, with teams across owners, general contractors, engineers, and field staff.

Requires 5+ years PM experience, OSHA 10, and proficiency in Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial mechanical construction.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Strong understanding of project financials: budgets, job cost, cost-to-complete, change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and procurement.
• Negotiate with vendors and issue subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Own project financials, including cost reports and cash flow.
• Collaborate with owners, GCs, engineers, and field teams to resolve design conflicts.
