Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects ranging from $40M-$80M.
• Supervise and mentor project managers, superintendents, and staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
