Job summary

Innovien Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large capital infrastructure projects in the power generation sector. You will own execution from planning through completion, coordinating logistics, engineering, and site teams on heavy equipment moves.

The role requires a proven track record in owner’s- or delivery-side management of multi-year, multi-million dollar programs, with the ability to operate independently and drive outcomes across complex value chains.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large capital infrastructure projects end to end.
• Experience moving large equipment/logistics across long distances.
• Power plant construction experience is a major plus.
• Experience in heavy industrial construction: chemical plants, steel mills, or oil & gas facilities.
• Strong schedule, budget, and risk management on multi-year, multi-million dollar projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive execution of large-scale capital infrastructure projects within Power & Gas from planning through completion.
• Manage project schedule, budget, scope, and risk across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with logistics, construction, engineering, and site teams on movement of large, heavy equipment across long distances.
• Track and report project status, risks, and milestones to leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to keep the project on schedule and on budget.
• Anticipate and resolve issues arising from scale and complexity of large capital builds.
