Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS) in Oak Ridge, TN, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale commercial facility project with a $50M-$100M scope, including a laboratory build-out and supporting infrastructure. You will oversee budgets, schedules, risk, and reporting to ensure safety, quality, cost, and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a closely related field with significant experience managing complex engineering, construction, industrial, laboratory, or advanced manufacturing projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, multidisciplinary projects with responsibility for scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and execution.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, risk management, and executive-level reporting.
• Experience with design-build projects involving multiple engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of procurement, subcontracts, QA, contract administration, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of a large-scale commercial facility project with $50M-$100M scope, including a laboratory build-out and infrastructure.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost controls, risk registers, schedules, and reporting to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Coordinate design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and turnover across multiple disciplines.
• Utilize integrated schedules to monitor progress and drive project execution with controls personnel.
• Coordinate interfaces among operations, engineering, contractors, stakeholders, and owner representatives.
• Provide executive-level reporting on construction progress, financials, schedule performance, risks, and milestones.
• Oversee QA, procurement, subcontract management, contract administration, change management, and documentation.
• Support construction field activities and perform additional duties to ensure turnover.
