Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary projects with responsibility for scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience coordinating design‑build projects across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to interpret detailed project schedules and drive execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of a large-scale commercial facility project with approx. $50M–$100M scope.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost controls, risk registers, schedules, and project reporting.
• Coordinate design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and turnover activities across disciplines.
• Use integrated schedules to monitor progress and identify delays with project controls.
• Manage interfaces among operations, engineering teams, and owners throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on construction progress, financials, and milestones.
• Oversee QA, procurement, subcontract management, contract administration, and changes.
• Support construction activities and perform additional duties as needed.
