Job summary

E Tech Group seeks a Project Manager to lead a large project or multiple efforts for clients across industries. You will coordinate design, procurement, implementation and commissioning to ensure commercial success, schedule adherence, and profitability.

This is a remote position with 30-50% travel. You will develop proposals, manage client communication, control scope and costs, and mentor the project team while applying PMI-based standards and PMO processes.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years dedicated project management or 5+ years in project engineering.
• Proficient in PMI-based standards and tools.
• Experience managing contracts/subcontractors.
• Proven project leadership on complex projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large project or multiple projects with subcontractors and resources.
• Develop proposals, scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
• Manage client communication across all project phases.
• Develop and control project budgets, costs, and cash flow.
• Maintain scope alignment with contract requirements and change orders.
• Lead the project team and mitigate risks throughout delivery.
• Provide regular progress and financial updates to stakeholders.
