Designed Conveyor Systems (DCS) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale material handling and automation projects across Parcel and Distribution & Fulfillment segments. You will act as a trusted partner to customers and internal teams, guiding projects from kickoff through delivery with clear communication, accountability, and strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in material handling, automation, parcel or fulfillment industries.
• Experience leading large-scale automation or material handling projects, ideally $70M+.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Lead execution strategies, ensuring adherence to scope and goals.
• Provide direction to cross-functional teams and clarify responsibilities.
• Gather and communicate requirements across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Align resources with project demands and address gaps or risks.
• Manage day-to-day customer communication and expectations on large automation projects.
• Drive transparency, accountability and risk mitigation throughout the lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers for long-term partnerships.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, forecasting and billing oversight.
• Identify and resolve project and financial issues as they arise.
