Job summary

Designed Conveyor Systems (DCS) is expanding its Project Management team to lead complex material handling and automation projects for premier brands. You’ll partner with customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle, balancing customer relationships, execution, and financial management.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving, with a focus on delivering safe, on-time, on-budget projects while driving business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in material handling, automation, industrial, manufacturing, construction, or related fields.
• Led complex, cross-functional projects from planning through completion.
• Experience managing projects valued at ~$30M+ and coordinating 10–15+ contributors.

Responsibilities

• Own complex automation projects from kickoff to closeout, delivering on time, on budget, and with excellent customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, controls, procurement, installation, commissioning, finance, and field teams.
• Build and maintain project schedules using MS Project, manage scope, critical path, resources, and milestones.
