Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working within an agile release governance structure.
• 5+ years of experience in team environments within matrix organizations.
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex, high-priority conflicts and competing requirements.
• 5+ years of experience applying Project Management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• 5+ years of experience with system development methodologies for building or enhancing information systems.
• 5+ years of experience communicating stakeholder needs clearly and effectively.
• 5+ years of experience communicating across teams, building consensus, facilitating sessions, and negotiating outcomes.
• 5+ years of experience managing stakeholder relationships and resolving issues.
• Must reside in the State of Michigan by time of submission.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with stakeholders and vendors, including executive-level communication and sponsor meetings.
• Coordinate release scope between product owners, development leadership, and business stakeholders.
• Own program governance structures and drive execution with minimal oversight.
• Provide planning, staffing, and reporting under the SUITE PM Methodology and prioritization processes.
• Ensure long-term release planning aligns with organizational direction and governance.
