Responsibilities

• Develops, institutes, and improves cross-functional processes regarding project management, work management, and cost estimating
• Handles interface between corporate initiatives and CMP process for large gas and electric construction projects
• Directs project delivery of large scale construction projects and leads internal/external meetings
• Forecasts, documents, verifies, and reports variances to senior management
• Compiles and reports weekly, monthly, and yearly Project Management Performance Measures to senior management
• Leads or conducts project performance, cost and scheduling studies and evaluations
• Defines, coordinates, and manages project requirements to ensure timely labor and material deployment
• Implements system improvements related to large-scale construction
