Job summary

TEXBUILT in Texas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from conception to close-out. You will coordinate the overall execution, ensure safety, schedule, and budget alignment, and collaborate with Preconstruction and field teams.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in CM or related field, 10+ years of experience, proficiency with Viewpoint, Procore, MS Project, and MS Office, OSHA 10 and SWPPP training, and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or general contracting.
• OSHA 10-Hour certification minimum and SWPPP training required.
• Proficiency with Viewpoint, Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage milestone schedule with client.
• Identify and mitigate project risks for client/team.
• Support Start Right action items and roles.
• Coordinate project teams and integrate budget.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Network with stakeholders to help secure new work.
• Support Superintendent and address project needs.
• Develop and share scheduling plan with all parties.
• Identify and approve materials on time.
• Manage submittals and delivery logs.
• Plan and coordinate preconstruction meetings.
• Maintain positive cash flow and timely payments.
• Manage owner pay applications.
• Manage change requests.
• Review and report project aspects including schedules, submittals, RFIs, and close-out.
