Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, accounting, finance, real estate, planning, or a related field.
  • Five years of progressively responsible recent experience in real estate development, land development, planning, property management, asset management, project management, construction management, financing, valuation, or related areas.
  • Ability to work statewide travel and manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead statewide subdivision development program and supervise the Project Manager.
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, risk evaluation, and reporting for Trust lands projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and processes; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare pro forma analyses, budgets, and project reports.
  • Maintain professional communications with Trustees, executives, and partners.
