Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority is seeking a Project Manager in Anchorage to lead land development projects and planning efforts, maximizing revenue for Trust lands. You will collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes in Southeast, Southcentral, and Northern regions.

Responsabilités

• Lead subdivision and land development projects and land use planning across Alaska.
• Coordinate with developers, agencies, and stakeholders to market and generate revenue from Trust lands.
• Prepare pro forma analyses, budgets, and project reports for development initiatives.
• Oversee surveys, title work, and regulatory approvals to keep projects on time and within budget.
