Responsibilities

  • Oversee statewide subdivision development program and land development projects across Alaska.
  • Plan, budget, and lead projects from ideation through completion within budget and schedule.
  • Supervise the Project Manager and ensure performance against annual goals.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and prepare regular reports for leadership.
  • Represent the Trust in negotiations and development efforts with developers, brokers, and government agencies.
  • Prepare and review transactional documents, briefs, and notices; ensure compliance and governance.
