Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, planning, real estate, or related field; five years of related experience.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders statewide and manage complex real estate projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead statewide subdivision development program and supervise the Project Manager.
  • Develop and manage land development projects across Alaska.
  • Prepare pro forma analysis, budgets, and reports for projects.
  • Coordinate surveys, appraisals, and land administration updates.
  • Present updates to the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority board.
  • Ensure projects stay within budget and meet deadlines.
