• 9+ years of experience in civil engineering projects.
• PE license preferred.
• Residential or commercial experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Navigate business development and forge alliances with key private real estate developers.
• Craft strategic proposals and financial blueprints for projects.
• Manage client relationships, billing, and satisfaction.
• Lead design teams and mentor junior staff.
• Participate in training sessions and management meetings to align actions with mission.
