As part of our Land Development team, you will collaborate with 450+ designers, engineers, and scientists to make meaningful, effective change across North America.

• Guiding project design teams through the currents of creativity to deliver exceptional results.
• Sharing your wisdom, mentoring the next wave of talent, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Leading by example, participating in and directing training sessions and management meetings to align our mission with our actions.

We’re looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 9+ years navigating the field with expertise.
• PE license preferred.
• Brings residential or commercial experience.
