Job summary

GCW, Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager in Las Vegas to oversee large and complex projects from bid through client acceptance. You will lead the design, scheduling, budgeting, and execution while coordinating with clients, regulators, and internal teams.

The role requires a BS in engineering, at least seven years in engineering design or PM, and a Nevada PE or ability to obtain within six months. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required.
• Minimum seven years in engineering design and/or project management with progressive responsibilities.
• Nevada PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project proposals and schedules to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee detailed design and final production of drawings.
• Consult with management on unusual problems and approve plans and documents.
• Plan, coordinate, direct, and ensure successful completion of projects; review plans.
• Establish project schedules, milestones and critical production paths.
• Maintain written reports, contracts, and other project documents; manage invoices and client payments.
