Quiddity Engineering in Texas is seeking a Senior Land Development Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of residential and mixed-use land development projects. You will mentor a project team and coordinate with PE’s, EIT’s, CAD, and project admins to meet client commitments.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license, has 9+ years of PM experience in residential land development, and excels in client-focused teamwork.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• 9+ years of project management experience for residential land development.
• Experience mentoring and developing project team members; strong client focus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver residential land development projects.
• Mentor and develop the project team (PEs, EITs, CAD, admins).
• Coordinate work across disciplines to meet client commitments.
• Deliver quality work and maintain strong client relationships.
