Cumming Group in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large capital projects for LA County. You will coordinate design, permitting, construction and closeout, manage on-site stakeholders, and ensure budgets and schedules align with client goals.

Required is a 10+ year track record, a professional license or CCM, and the ability to drive complex projects with multifaceted coordination and cost control. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in CM/ARCH/CE or related field.
• 10+ years managing projects from programming to closeout.
• Licensed professional (engineer/architect) or CCM certification required.
• Ability to independently manage all project aspects and budgets.
• Experience negotiating changes and coordinating stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all project phases from programming to closeout.
• Manage on-site project stakeholders and budget at outset.
• Prepare PM plans and fee budgets at project start.
• Coordinate with utilities, permitting agencies, and jurisdictions.
• Drive permitting process and ensure design documents meet standards.
• Oversee entitlement processes and lead project procedures.
