Job summary

Blue Stone Management Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to lead large public capital improvement projects in Los Angeles County. The role covers programming, design, permitting, construction, and closeout, with accountability for scope, budget, and schedule.

Qualified candidates will have 15+ years of PM experience, PMP or CCM designation, and a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of project management experience on capital projects.
• Professional licensure: PMP or CCM required.
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience delivering programming through closeout phases.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and scope.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure systems and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all phases of capital improvement projects, from programming through closeout.
• Develop, monitor, and control project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Oversee feasibility studies, existing conditions assessments, and construction documents.
• Establish project milestones and performance objectives; mitigate risks.
• Lead meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and public agencies.
