Cordoba Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, is seeking a Project Manager (Capital Projects) to lead planning, design, permitting, construction, and close-out for critical recovery and rebuild efforts. You will coordinate with consultants, utilities, regulatory agencies, and jurisdictions to deliver public infrastructure on accelerated schedules.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM and field construction experience, and holds licensure or CCM certification.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of project management and field construction experience (PM-II).
• Licensed professional or CCM certification is required.
• Background in architecture, civil engineering, or construction management.
• Strong communication, budgeting, and scheduling capabilities.

Mansioni

• Manage full project lifecycle from programming to close-out.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain schedules, budgets, and risk plans.
• Coordinate among architects, engineers, contractors, utilities, and authorities.
• Review studies, design docs, reports, plans, specs, and estimates.
• Track progress, risks, costs, and scope changes; prepare status reports.
• Facilitate meetings and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Support procurement, consultant management, and contract administration.
• Coordinate infrastructure systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage communities and stakeholders; maintain project documentation.
