Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and control project budget, costs, and projections to ensure profitability and accurate financial reporting.
• Procure materials and requisition equipment and labor resources for construction projects.
• Negotiate changes to scope of work with client and key subcontractors; market and secure additional work.
• Monitor construction on-site with the Superintendent to keep schedule and budget; identify impacts and implement corrective actions.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests while maintaining client relationships.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar

Ten or more years of building construction experience
