Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of building construction project management experience.
• Experience with Job Order Contracting (JOC), unit pricing and pricing workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Proficiency with MS Office and industry software tools.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, costs, and projections for profitability.
• Ensure procurement of materials and labor resources for construction projects.
• Negotiate changes to scope with clients and key subs.
• Market and secure additional work with clients; manage change processes.
• Monitor construction progress and supervise on-site team to meet schedule and budget.
• Liaise with clients, A/E contacts, and regulators to facilitate activities.
• Manage project finances, contracts, and relationships with clients.
