Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar from an accredited institution.
• Five (5)+ years of commercial construction experience on projects exceeding $50 million; JOC experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Primavera P‑6 and Procore is preferred.
• Knowledge of BIM, CAD 2000 or CAD 3‑D is desired.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Publisher); Prolog knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bid packages for sub-contractor involvement and correctness.
• Negotiate sub-contractor changes and changes with Client/Owner.
• Monitor procurement logs and long lead item progress; manage change orders with Owner.
