Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering impactful, multi-departmental IT projects? Do you thrive in a role where you can drive business value and ensure project success? If so, we’re looking for you to join our team as a Senior Project Manager, IT!

What You’ll Do:

• Project Leadership: Own and drive the successful outcomes of multiple mid-to-large-sized, cross-departmental IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
• Strategic Planning: Play an active role in annual roadmap planning, leveraging prior project experience to inform resource planning and project prioritization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Align resources, manage dependencies, and ensure stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify, document, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring timely resolutions to keep projects on track.
• Team Coordination: Synchronize team efforts, ensuring all members are aware of their tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Change Management: Effectively manage changes to project scope, timelines, and resources, leveraging appropriate change management processes.
• Vision Alignment: Ensure all teams and stakeholders share a common vision of the project’s goals and how to achieve them.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Software Development Project Manager
• A track record of successfully leading complex IT projects and delivering desired business outcomes.
• Strong ability to work with SMEs, senior leaders, and stakeholders across departments.
• Expertise in aligning resources, managing dependencies, and ensuring project priorities are clear.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and SDLC , and tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or similar.
• PMP and/or Scrum Master certifications are a plus but not required.
