We are looking for an Experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives, managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring success within scope, schedule, and budget. The role may include additional program management responsibilities supporting broader strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of project management experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments, with a solid understanding of Waterfall, SCRUM, and Hybrid frameworks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
2. Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate project status, risks, and issues.
3. Implement SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies effectively.
4. Lead complex issues/projects, demonstrating strong soft skills.
5. Develop detailed project plans, facilitate planning sessions, and track progress.
6. Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies.
7. Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
8. Report to senior management on project performance and plans.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
10. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
11. Support broader program management responsibilities as needed.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

• 8+ years of successful project management, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years leading teams or managing people.
• 2+ years in technical roles such as software engineering, systems analysis, or DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of SCRUM, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical teams and defining processes.
• Ability to work with all levels of leadership and manage third-party partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, PowerBI, Excel, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's Degree in related fields.
• Certifications like PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar.
• Experience managing complex software projects in Cloud, IT Infrastructure, and Service Reliability.
• Proficiency with project management and agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello.
