Gensler in Charlotte seeks a seasoned Project Manager to drive complex commercial projects from inception to delivery. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, manage scope and budgets, and nurture client relationships to secure repeat opportunities.

Qualifications

8–10+ years in commercial Architecture & Design project management.
Experience leading interior architecture and office projects for financial services, government, retail, and corporate spaces.
Ability to lead teams, mentor junior designers, and build client trust.
Knowledge of local building codes and standards; commitment to DEI and sustainable design.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams for multiple projects from set-up through construction administration.
Develop and maintain client relationships; manage schedules, staffing, and budgets.
Negotiate scope, fees, and contracts; coordinate bidding and approvals.
Ensure conformance to contract and project objectives; mentor upcoming leaders.
Support sustainability goals and foster an integrated design culture.
