Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Registered or Licensed Architect with professional credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior architecture and design projects through all phases from design to closeout.
• Develop innovative design solutions balancing client goals, budgets and sustainability.
• Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and regulators.
• Oversee project documentation, coordination, code compliance, and construction administration.
• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Support business development, marketing, recruiting and industry engagement.
• Advocate for design excellence and emerging technologies across projects.
